There is no need to sugar coat things when you are with me. I live and love a real life. I have 2 daughters (1 & 3 years old), 3 dogs, and a lot of life in these 24 years I have been around. When you are with me and we're capturing your family, I want you to know that it is okay and encouraged for you to let loose. Let your kids run wild, kiss your significant other with passion, and enjoy the ride. I want to document the real you, so in the future you can transport back to this time.

I am by nature an early bird, so sunrises are my favorite time of day. I once dreamed of working with animals for a career, and will likely have a random fact for any animal. Plants are one of my favorite things, and I am usually wearing some shade of green. BUT most importantly, I love to have a good time. Life is short, so let us be sure to enjoy it.

My Approach
I am a professional photographer, but not the kind that is going to pose your family heavily and be upset when the kids won't stand still. I am the kind that is going to play with your kids in the water, while I talk with you about the journey of parenthood. I am the kind who is going to help you feel comfortable and encourage you to be your true self. I will tell you to share a loving kiss, and remind you how beautiful this time in your life is. I am here to fall in love with you and your family, as I love my own, so I can document you in that light.
I am going to be honest with you, I am not your average photographer.
I have always loved photography. Growing up I would take my mother's disposable cameras and use them all up on taking photos of our dog and my sisters. I then was gifted digital cameras throughout growing up. I have always had a camera in my hand. Shortly after falling in love with my husband, we did what I call "dove head first" into life. In the 4.5 years we have been together we've welcomed 2 amazing daughters into the world, share 3 crazy dogs, and have built this business from the ground up. I fell in love with documenting the chaos in my daily life, there is so much beauty in chaos, and being able to share that gift with others is something I am so thankful for.
